competitive market! When Property Moves started over
eleven years ago we looked at what the competition offered
and more importantly decided what services we would
expect if we were looking to rent or sell our home.
We designed our company with this in mind “The
proof is in the results.”
A Simple Plan
Too many companies try to offer every service
under the sun and don’t have the personnel to
do it. Would you be happy if your son or daughter was
being taught by one teacher who had to cover all topics
at the same time. We certainly wouldn’t, it’s
the same with Estate Agents.
Property Moves have different people concentrating
on different aspects of the services that we offer,
this way you get expertise in every area and concentrated
effort. An example: An agent has just taken on your
instruction, do you use Property Moves who will give
it to the sales team consisting of a Manager, Negotiator
and Viewer who will advertise it and phone it out immediatley
or do you instruct an agent who is trying to deal with
sales , lettings , administration , maintenance , mortgages,
etc the list goes on and on?
We give the top quality service in all aspects and have
the time and aptitude to do what we say.
Office
We consider we have the best central hove
office with a very prominent window display advertising
our properties 'to let' and 'for sale' which are seen
extensively by the passing trade. Our office is very
close to Hove Town Hall, next door to Pizza Express,
opposite Cottinghams (old Cullens ) and on a pedestrian
crossing plus there is parking at the rear, What more
could you want?
Independent
Being an Independent
Agent is very important to us. We have the flexibility
to do what we want for our clients and work on our toes
trying to adapt and move with the times, always trying
to offer the best quality of service.
A well used saying, but you are not
just a number to us. You will not get treated the same
way, what works for one person may not work for you.
We understand that and can adapt. We decide in conjunction
with our clients the best way ahead. Having worked for
corporate companies and having an understanding of the
way in which they work we have purposely avoided the
numerous form filling and pointless reports which corporates
are forced to do to keep their bosses happy normaly
mortgage companies. We focus on what we are supposed
to be here for.
